Great selection of shoes, sneakers and boots. Store is well kept, and staff was welcoming and attentive.

It was bad, the staff had a very bad character, it was bad luck to be on Sunday. My purchase was 44 dollars and I paid with cash for 100 dollars. Very bad-tempered, they asked me if I had smaller bills and when I answered that I didn't, they almost threw away my change, the berdar, a very bad experience. I have been a customer for over 8 years

Decent but not the best selection of shoes. Trade-off is that prices are very competitive, with generous discounts and coupons. Employees were constantly coasting around to keep the shop tidy and organized, and to help customers out and answer any questions--very helpful!

The customer service was excellent but my son's shoes fell apart in less than a month. The first pair was replaced for free, but when the same thing happened 3 weeks later, I decided to go to a different store. I know my kiddo doesn't stop running but I need his shoes to last a bit longer.

DSW has a larger selection and better prices, they also carry more brands. Famous footwear associates don't really know how to help out when you need the right shoe for your feet. The kids section is that great either.
